We can see any commets, meetings, calls, todo's, emails, opportunities, quotes, orders, invoices, service contracts, projects etc..

Using the powerful search we can lookup an account by just typing in a few letters of there name.

This is an incredibly fast way to lookup customer information.

We can also log inbound emails against and account automatically for a complete history.
